Hold points lightly for 2-3 minutes or until you feel a “pulsing”- that means the point has released.
CV12 – below the ribcage in the center of your upper abdomen, approximately one hand width above your navel
P8 – in the center of the palm of your hand
Sp6 – on your lower leg, three finger widths above your inner ankle bone
K27 – on your chest below your collarbone and next to your sternum where the bones make a “T”, the point is in the indentation between your collarbone and first rib on each side
SI10 – in the soft spot under the bone of your shoulder where your arm meets your back
