Points for Grief, Anger and Exhaustion

Hold lightly for 2-3 minutes or until you feel a “pulsing”- this means the point has released.

GV24.5- center of forehead between the eyebrows or two finger widths above over the ridge of the brow bone

Lu1- in the soft spot where your arm meets your chest

P6- three finger widths from the wrist crease on the underside of your wrist (near where the buckle of a watch would fall)

St36- below your knee on the muscle directly next to the shin bone

GB20- at the base of your skull in the occipital region. It’s the indentation about halfway between the center of the back of your head and your ear that opens up when you tip your head slightly back
